At Jurney2Fit, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. ((including those with stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents, etc) will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns will be reviewed by our facility to indicate quality control and must be approved before refund is issues
  • Refunds that are approved will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  • If your refund has been denied it means that the merchandise was not received in its original state. 
  • Shipping return fees are not covered by Jurney2Fit. 
  • Returns can be made in person at our location in Dallas TX (email to discuss in person returns)
  • Denied returns will be sent back to the customer based on Jurney2Fit's discretion

Return Process

  1. Email jurneyy2.fit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship your item back to us
  4. Once received, we will process/review your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund/return

 

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the order date.
  • Pre-sale items will ship within 7 days of the item’s final release date.
  • We currently ship within the United States only (no international shipping at this time).

Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers:
USPS
UPS
FedEx

The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse.
  • If your tracking number shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
    1. Check with neighbors or building management.
    2. Contact the carrier service directly and file a claim.
    3. If the carrier does not resolve the issue within 3-5 business days, contact us at JURNEYY.2FIT@GMAIL.COM, and we will do our best to assist.
  • Please note: Refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. However, we will work with you to find the best possible solution based on your individual case.
